Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Designee to lead multi-unit operations and drive growth across locations. The role includes immersive training in financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution, guided by senior leaders.

You will travel to and support multiple sites, aiming to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability while mentoring teams and embracing new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility for multiple units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel, work, and train across multiple locations to support operations.
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and profitability.
• Mentor and empower teams across locations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
