Qualifications

• 5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L Responsibility of Multiple Units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.
• Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel, work, and train across multiple locations to support operations and drive consistency in performance and standards.
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions and improve workflows to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Mentor and empower teams across multiple locations, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt new technologies and best practices to drive growth.
