Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Designee for a fast-paced, multi-unit leadership track. You’ll undergo immersive training to master financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution as you prepare to oversee multiple locations.

This role requires adaptability and a results-driven mindset, with travel across sites to standardize performance, mentor teams, and drive profitability while upholding Love’s culture and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility of multiple units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company goals while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Leverage cross department collaboration to develop innovative solutions, refine workflows, and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Mentor and empower teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
