The position emphasizes financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution within a dynamic retail environment. Travel across sites and relocation may be required to drive growth and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility of multiple units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Travel, train across multiple locations to support operations and standards.
• Oversee daily retail operations for efficiency and alignment with goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop innovative solutions.
• Mentor and empower teams across locations to foster accountability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt new technologies and practices.
• Analyze metrics, optimize budgets, and drive profitability and efficiency.
