Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility for multiple units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.

• Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive profitability and performance.
• Mentor and empower teams across locations, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
