Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years P&L responsibility of multiple units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations across locations to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals.
• Collaborate cross-department to improve processes and customer experience.
• Mentor teams across locations to foster innovation and accountability.
