Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Tech II to perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across housing assets. You’ll work under supervision with competency in 2–3 trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained communities.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service to residents, complete make-ready work on schedule, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-family or housing maintenance or trades.
• Certification/licensing in 2–3 trades including EPA Type I and II.
• Above average knowledge of residential maintenance operations and safety.
• Ability to read English and communicate effectively; on-call after-hours availability.
• Must provide own basic hand and power tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance or repairs on homes or grounds in multiple trades.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents and maintain a clean workspace.
• Complete make ready/turnover work timely and troubleshoot per schedule.
• Follow safety standards and document work orders and timesheets.
• Identify hazards and operate specialty trade equipment as needed.
• Support grounds, playgrounds, and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality workmanship and on-call responsiveness.
