Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to maintain and repair assets in our property management portfolio. You will perform tasks across four or more trades, including EPA-certified work, to keep properties safe, clean, and functional while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires at least 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family settings, a high school diploma, and EPA Type I/II (and Type II/III) certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades.
• EPA Type I & II certification; Type II/III/Universal if installations have chillers.
• Certification or experience in four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction.
• Proficient in OSHA regulations and residential maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, maintain clean workspaces in residents' homes.
• Complete make-ready/turnover and troubleshooting within schedule.
• Work safely per company standards and document work orders/timesheets.
• Train junior techs and ensure high customer service for residents.
