Job summary

Corvias seeks a Maintenance Tech II to join our team responsible for daily maintenance and repair of properties within the portfolio. Under supervision, you will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, masonry and general maintenance to ensure safe, clean and well-operating homes.

You will provide residents with excellent service, complete make-ready tasks on schedule, and document work orders accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-family housing maintenance with competency in 2-3 trades.
• EPA Type I/II, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry or building construction certifications are preferred.
• Ability to read English and interpret documents; communicate effectively.
• Willingness to participate in Corvias training and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance or repairs on homes or grounds including multiple trades.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and maintain a clean workspace.
• Complete all make-ready/turnover work on schedule and troubleshoot as needed.
• Complete tasks safely and document work orders and timesheets per policy.
