Towne Park LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Adjuster to manage a diverse portfolio of Auto, General Liability, Casualty and Property claims across multiple states. The role emphasizes thorough investigation, timely follow-up and clear communication to ensure a positive claimant experience.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of multi-state claims adjusting experience, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 4–6 years of insurance claims adjusting experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• Experience handling Auto, General Liability, Casualty and Property claims; Workers' Compensation a plus.
• Strong technical claims knowledge with a customer-service mindset.

Mansioni

• Manage multi-state claims from first notice of loss through investigation, resolution and closure.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves and settlement opportunities.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, carriers, vendors and other parties.
• Gather information, investigate incidents and identify trends to speed resolution.
• Provide responsive, empathetic communication so claimants understand the process, timelines and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies and procedures.
• Identify subrogation and recovery opportunities and pursue cost-savings where applicable.
• Escalate significant or high-exposure claims and support litigation when needed.
