Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Adjuster in the United States to manage Auto, General Liability, Casualty and Property claims from first notice to closure.

The role emphasizes clear communication, timely follow-up, and a positive claimant experience, with a base pay range of $69,000–$104,000 and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Insurance adjuster licenses required in all states where Towne handles claims.
• Minimum 4-6 years of insurance claims adjusting experience.
• Experience handling Auto, General Liability, Casualty and Property claims; Workers' Compensation experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state claims from first notice of loss through investigation, resolution and closure.
• Review claim documentation, including estimates, expense bills and invoices.
• Maintain accurate claim notes, reserves, payments and supporting documents.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves and settlement opportunities.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, carriers and vendors.
• Investigate incidents and identify trends to speed resolution.
• Respond to calls, emails and requests from attorneys, carriers, clients and Operations.
• Provide responsive, empathetic claimant experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and send demands.
• Transmit documents to TPAs.
• Escalate high-exposure claims; support litigation.
