Job summary

CCMSI seeks a Multi-Jurisdiction Claims Adjuster – Auto & Property Damage for national accounts. Work remotely handling auto and property claims from assignment to closure with strong coverage and liability evaluation. Role requires diary management and timely settlements per standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of claim handling, active home-state license, and ability to obtain more licenses. Excellent organizational skills and client-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum of claim handling experience, including auto and property.
• Current adjuster license in home state; ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience handling first-party auto and property claims with coverage analysis.
• Strong diary management, organization, and claim resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust auto and property damage claims from assignment through final resolution.
• Analyze coverage and apply policy provisions to determine compensability.
• Conduct timely investigations and collect supporting documentation.
• Establish and maintain reserves within authority levels.
• Negotiate settlements within client expectations and maintain documentation.
