Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Director, Inventory Control to lead cross-site inventory programs, drive accuracy, reduce shrink, and support forecasting. This role partners with the VP of Operations and Sales leadership to execute priorities and improve processes.

You will oversee wall-to-wall inventories, ensure 3-way matching in SAP, and set KPIs for site managers. Senior leadership expectations include building a strong inventory control culture and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in inventory control roles.
• 8+ years’ progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management leading managers and multi-site teams.
• Experience leading inventory control across multiple locations and improving processes.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP/WMS; MS Office for reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, solve complex issues, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inventory control programs and standard operating procedures across locations.
• Oversee market-wide physical inventories and review adjustments.
• Ensure 3-way match processes and SAP-based controls across sites.
• Partner with Trade, Sales, Finance, and Operations to forecast and plan.
• Accountable for order-cycle performance, on-time distribution, and shipments.
• Lead and develop Inventory Control Managers and teams; drive standards.
• Oversee security, shrink initiatives, and policy enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
