Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Director of Inventory Control to lead multi-site inventory programs, drive accuracy, and reduce shrink. You’ll partner with VP Operations and Sales to align inventory initiatives with business priorities and forecast performance.

This role requires 8+ years in supply chain and inventory management, SAP expertise, and strong leadership. Expect collaboration with cross-functional leaders and tight KPI governance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in inventory control related roles.
• Minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management, including proven experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site teams.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP/WMS platforms, plus MS Office and presentation software for executive reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex operational issues, and drive results across a multi-site environment.
• Strong analytic, financial, and reporting acumen; comfortable owning budget and forecast accountability.
• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or comparable supply chain certification (preferred).
• Experience operating within a unionized or multi-site regulatory environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inventory control programs, standards, and procedures across locations.
• Oversee market-wide physical inventory activities and write-off escalation per guidelines.
• Ensure SAP-based controls and 3-way matching across sites for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Trade, Sales, Finance, and Operations to support planning and forecasting.
• Manage order-cycle performance, on-time distribution, and transport optimization across the market.
• Set KPIs, report performance to executives, and hold sites accountable.
