Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Sr. Regional Inventory Manager to lead Inventory Control across multiple DCs. The role focuses on KPI health, process strategy, and enterprise initiative execution, bridging DC operations with corporate leadership.

The ideal candidate will guide IC teams, develop SOPs, and drive data-driven regional strategies, with strong executive communication and Power BI proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive inventory control leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-DC environment.
• Proven track record in building and implementing IC strategy, SOP development, and enterprise initiatives.
• Prior people management experience and ability to develop IC leaders.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across levels without direct authority; executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools; deep WMS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own regional inventory health and KPI ownership; review KPI trends and drive corrective action.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of IC processes and SOPs; promote adherence.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive improvement plans for underperforming sites.
• Scope regional opportunities with DC IC managers; develop strategic thinking and execution.
• Represent IC at executive level meetings; drive cross-functional IC initiatives.
