Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead an on-site team of Inventory Control Specialists across campuses. You will develop processes, improve cycle counting, and partner with Operations to ensure accurate inventory and robust reporting. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of WMS/ERP, and effective communication.

The position supports growth initiatives, involves working in industrial environments, and emphasizes safety and process discipline across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Five+ years of experience in a distribution environment with strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems and inventory control/management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 2–6+ Inventory Control Specialists that support one or multiple locations.
• Create and implement processes and SOPs to improve inventory accuracy and client experience.
• Oversee and improve cycle counting programs and implement new ones as required.
• Partner with Operations and Admin teams to remove roadblocks affecting inventory accuracy.
• Acquire understanding of internal WMS and reporting systems to drive continuous improvement.
