Job summary

1X is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory control across manufacturing and warehouses in San Carlos / Hayward. You will develop scalable processes and guide a high-performing team to deliver accurate inventory reporting and operational visibility. The role requires 5+ years in inventory control and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Odoo).

APICS certification is preferred. You will partner with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and Logistics to optimize inventory flow and reduce

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing ops with team leadership.
• Experience managing cycle count programs and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and Excel.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control across manufacturing and warehouses.

• Provide operational visibility for production, finance, and supply chain decisions.
• Deliver inventory health reporting and executive-level analytics.
