Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Director of Operations for Northern New Jersey to lead multi-site care centers, drive revenue growth, and partner with physician leaders to deliver high-quality care and an excellent work environment.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare operations, strong leadership, and experience in multisite management. Travel as needed and remote support are included as part of a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in healthcare operations or multisite practice management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to drive revenue growth across centers.
• Experience coordinating with physicians and support departments to optimize care delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L, and group purchasing programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage performance of care center managers/administrators.
• Identify and implement best practices across all care centers.
• Lead and develop care center teams; ensure staff accountability and development.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and capital planning.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and drive service improvements.
