Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in customer service, call center or related field, including 4 years in management.
• Multi-site and Healthcare Industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Ability to drive efficiency and productivity across functions
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment

Responsibilities

• Function as the main source of contact for assigned location, liaising with the Director of Operations.
• Review operating statistics to ensure client and organizational goals are met for service quality and timeliness.
• Identify root causes of issues and work with staff to resolve according to policies.
• Oversee program performance, staffing adjustments and training as needed.
• Coordinate with Client Services to balance needs of teams and organization.
• Establish and monitor quality standards for staff and performance.
• Lead client visits and roundtables to discuss program performance and new offerings.
• Promote teamwork and provide guidance to employees.
