Premise Health is seeking a Director of Client Operations to oversee operations management for multiple employer worksites in the Central region. This full-time remote leadership role focuses on client satisfaction, performance improvement, budgeting, and mentoring site leadership.

The position requires 10+ years of managerial experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and budgets in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others.
• Experience managing virtual teams.
• Healthcare/medical environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities.
• Identify processes to improve performance and define measurements for standards.
• Lead budgeting, ROI, and resource planning to meet strategic outcomes.
• Coordinate communication across virtual sites and multiple client relationships.
