Trajan Wealth LLC is seeking a Sr. Paid Social Media Campaign Strategist to own and scale our paid social efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will drive lead generation, optimize spend, and report results directly to the CMO.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management.
Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
Analytical mindset with ability to optimize funnels.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Meta Ads strategy: architecture, audience segmentation, budget allocation, bidding, A/B testing and optimization.
Collaborate with Creative Team to craft effective ad copy and hooks; ensure compliance messaging for financial services.
Scale lead generation while reducing CPL and maintaining lead quality.
Build and test audience targeting strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube; adapt to platform changes.
