Trajan Wealth LLC is seeking a Sr. Paid Social Media Campaign Strategist to own and scale our paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will drive growth in qualified leads while lowering cost per lead, reporting directly to the CMO.

You’ll architect campaigns, optimize spend, and contribute to content production for short-form creative. Proven media buying expertise and strong analytics are essential to success in this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management.
• Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns and reducing CPL.
• Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, pixel, and CAPI.
• Experience managing six-figure+ annual paid social budgets with demonstrable ROI.
• Analytical mindset with funnel optimization focus.
• Ability to pass a live ad account audit and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Creative writing experience for ad copy, hooks, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Meta Ads strategy: architecture, audience segmentation, budget, bidding, A/B testing, optimization.
• Contribute to creative development and ad copy for SEO/GEO optimization.
• Maintain and test compliant audience targeting strategies for high-net-worth audiences.
• Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and policy changes.
• Lead cross-channel reporting across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Oversee budget allocation and real-time optimization across channels.
• Collaborate with Creative team to integrate performance-driven concepts.
