Spinutech, an award-winning digital agency, is seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist to plan, analyze, recommend and execute campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube for diverse clients. You will provide proactive client service, nurture relationships, and contribute to growth.

The role requires 3+ years in paid social, agency experience preferred, and proficiency with reporting tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, plus experience coordinating with creative teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paid social, preferably within an agency.
• Proficient with Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize paid social media strategies to achieve marketing goals across multiple clients.
• Understand client budgets and business goals as they relate to the bigger picture.
• Client-facing and presenting to key stakeholders.
• Recommend targeting strategies and develop audience lists for future campaigns.
• Develop insights and turn data into actionable results; communicate the story to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics to ensure tracking and reporting are accurate.
• Stay updated on paid social trends and best practices.
• Proofread and quality check with a focus on accuracy.
• Understand high-converting landing pages, upsells, LTV and ROAS.
• Build and execute social media advertising funnels.
