Job summary

CCMSI in Lisle, IL, is seeking a Multi-Line Claim Supervisor to oversee investigation, adjustment and supervision of multi-line claims including municipal, auto, GL, EPL, and more. The role requires leadership across teams, adherence to corporate standards, and ensuring quality client service.

Qualifications include 8+ years of multi-line claim experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign and supervise all multi-line claim activity to ensure compliance with standards and instructions.
• Investigate, evaluate and adjust assigned multi-line claims.
• Establish reserves and oversee reserve levels for designated claims.
• Oversee medical, legal, damage estimates and invoices for reasonableness and relation to claims.
