Responsibilities

• Review, assign and supervise all multi-line claim activity to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate, evaluate and adjust assigned multi-line claims.
• Establish and oversee reserves for designated multi-line claims.
• Oversee medical, legal, damage estimates and invoices and negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize and make payments of multi-line claims within authority.
• Negotiate settlements per standards and client instructions.
• Assist in selecting and supervising outside vendors.
• Direct handling of litigated and complex claims.
• Provide education and train claim staff.
• Maintain diary on claim system.
• Supervise activity for designated accounts.
• Ensure compliance with client handling instructions.
