Job summary

Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI) in Chicago, IL, seeks a Multi-Line Claims Supervisor (Auto & GL). You will supervise auto and general liability claims, review activity, establish reserves, and coordinate vendors.

This role requires 8+ years multi-line claim experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign and supervise multi-line claim activity to ensure standards.
• Investigate, evaluate and adjust assigned multi-line claims.
• Establish/oversee reserves for claims within authority.
• Oversee medical, legal, and invoices; negotiate settlements when needed.
• Authorize and make payments per procedures and authority.
• Guide outside vendors and supervise litigated/complex claims.
• Provide education and development for claim staff.
• Maintain diaries and supervise activity for designated accounts.
• Ensure compliance with standards and client instructions.
