Net at Work is seeking a Systems Engineer to implement networking technologies for clients and provide second/level support. The SE will document solutions for ongoing support and participate in implementation teams for larger projects or standalone service visits.

The role emphasizes reducing time to resolution and increasing revenue through effective project involvement. The candidate should have 5+ years in MSP/service desk environments and 5+ years of project engineering, with strong

Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting MSP/service desk for small to mid-size clients.
5+ years of project engineering experience.
Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, JAMF, SonicWALL, Fortinet, CompTIA certifications preferred.
Current CCNA/MCSE or similar Microsoft certifications.
Experience with Outlook/Office 365 Admin Portal.

Responsibilities

Coordinate remote fixes at desktop/server/networking levels and upgrade software.
Second level escalations for Mac OS and Windows environments.
Maintain operational documentation and service tickets; 32hrs+ billable time.
Provide post-resolution follow-ups and escalate as needed.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; ensure SOP adherence.
Keep client documentation updated after changes to network.
