Job summary

Integris in Texas seeks a Systems Technician to provide frontline support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You will be the first contact via phone, email, or portal and will document and triage tickets to maintain service levels.

The role offers growth into Systems Administrator responsibilities, collaboration with engineers, and adherence to ITSM processes. Develop skills across Windows, AD/Entra, Azure basics, and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Entry-level certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+.
• 1–3 years of technical support or help desk experience with MS Windows and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned tickets in order of SLA and be the first point of contact for client requests via phone, email, and portal.
• Troubleshoot frontline issues for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, printing, connectivity, and basic networking.
• Document all work, escalate complex problems to Systems Administrators or Engineers, and ensure accurate client billing information.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators, Engineers, and other team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Follow ITSM processes and SOPs, maintain knowledge base articles, and contribute to documentation.
