Job summary

qnectU IT Services Utah seeks a Senior L3 Engineer to own and advance complex client infrastructure. You’ll focus on engineering depth, automation, and standardization rather than routine help-desk tasks.

You’ll lead projects end-to-end, manage Microsoft 365 and identity services, and tackle advanced escalations with L3 expertise. Expect a highly hands-on role in a dynamic MSP environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP/MSSP or similar environments.
• Hands-on with complex infrastructure and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades and implementations.
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP and networking.
• Handle advanced escalations requiring L3 troubleshooting and judgment.
• Improve backups, DR, monitoring, security and standardization across client environments.
• Build PowerShell scripts, Datto RMM components and automated remediation.
• Plan production changes with testing, risk assessment and rollback planning.
