Job summary

INC Systems is seeking an Advanced MSP Systems Engineer - Tier 3 to own the most complex escalations and serve as the final escalation point. This role drives technical leadership across our MSP engagements in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead in sales engineering, designing robust solutions and scoping with the sales team, while mentoring Tier 1/2 engineers and driving automation and documentation improvements.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of hands-on IT experience with senior escalation work.
• MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Deep Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, security, and virtualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve the highest-level escalations as the final escalation point.
• Lead sales engineering: discovery, design, and scoping with the sales team.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 engineers and drive documentation and automation improvements.
