Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced CRM Developer to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions, reports, and integrations. The role requires hands-on development, configuration, and collaboration with business teams to implement CRM enhancements.

Qualifications
- CRM development experience with MS Dynamics CRM/365 in multiple projects.
- Configuring, customizing CRM, CRM Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST).
- Experience building OOB and custom reports (SSRS) for CRM.
- Strong .NET background (WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server).
- Experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in high-level design sessions with business stakeholders.
- Develop new features and integrations; ensure best practices and quality.
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams; ensure agile SCRUM compliance.
- Work with business to gather requirements and drive execution.
