Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to lead Dynamics CRM development projects in the US. You will design and implement Dataverse data models, Power Platform flows, and custom plugins for complex CRM solutions.

Responsibilities include working in an agile environment with clients and internal teams, delivering high-quality CRM designs, and guiding deployments across testing and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• PL-600/PL-200 or AB-100 D365 certification is preferred.
• AZ-900 Azure knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM customization, integrations, and ALM.

Responsabilités

• Work in agile delivery model with stakeholders.
• Interact with client stakeholders to design CRM solutions.
• Provide timely CRM solutions within tight schedules.
• Conduct CRM solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Create high-level technical designs and manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
