Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled CRM specialist to join our team in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end Dynamics CRM solutions, including data modeling, integrations, and deployments, with strong emphasis on Power Platform, Copilot, and BI reporting.

You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement CRM capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• CRM functional understanding across domains and sales/services.
• Deep expertise with Dataverse and Power Platform tools.
• Experience with Power Automate and connectors.
• Ability to design and develop plugins, JS, and Power Automate.
• Data modeling for CRM based on requirements.
• Experience with integrations using various patterns.
• Data migration design in large CRM deployments (Data Factory/Synapse/Fabric).
• Experience with CRM deployments, ALM, and CRM solutions.
• Troubleshooting and delivering solutions with team collaboration.
• Reports, dashboards, and Power BI experience.
• Knowledge of data platforms linked to CRM (Fabric/Synapse).
• Experience with Copilot in D365/M365 and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
• Requirements gathering and data/integration design.
• Good communication skills.
• D365 Certification - PL 600/200 or AB 100.
• Azure components knowledge; AZ 900 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile delivery model with stakeholder management.
• Design solutions by interacting with client stakeholders.
• Provide CRM solutions within tight schedules.
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops with stakeholders.
• Create high-level technical designs.
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
