Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and independent handling of priority issues/tickets.
• Development & design in Dynamics CRM technical areas including Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience building plugins, JS, and power automate flows.
• Ability to configure CRM components and model CRM data from requirements.
• Integration work using Power Automate, connectors, APIs and third-party tools.
• Experience with CRM solution deployments, ALM, security design, and reports.
• Proficient in Power BI and CRM reporting, dashboards, and Copilot usage in D365/M365.
• Certifications: D365 PL 600/200 or AB 100; AZ-900 preferred.
• Knowledge of Azure components and related cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in an agile delivery model with stakeholders.
• Interact with clients to create designs and provide CRM solutions within tight timelines.
• Lead solution workshops and develop high level technical designs.
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT, and production.
• Provide deployment support and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with onsite-offshore teams and drive project goals.
