Acloché LLC seeks an experienced Principal Planner for its Rochester, NH manufacturing facility. This onsite role partners across Operations to align all facets of supply chain—from master scheduling to material flow—while managing contractual commitments and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a global production environment, strong MRP skills, and a solid grasp of ERP systems (Oracle EBS/ASCP). Relocation assistance is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP and planning signals; adherence to policies and customer requirements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts; ERP experience with Oracle EBS/ASCP.
• APICS certification is a plus; comfortable with Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines with customer and contract commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations for the program(s).
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership and train others.
• Act as escalation point within Planning; drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to cut costs and boost performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Support 5S standards and ISO procedures.
