Unknown in Rochester, NH, the Principal Planner will lead supply chain activities for a growing, 250-year-old brand with a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

You will manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and release work orders while ensuring contractual commitments and deadlines are met. This role emphasizes data-driven analytics and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in MRP planning signals and compliance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
• APICS certification would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligning with customer expectations and commitments.
• Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and remove constraints.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
