Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Principal Planner for a 24/7 Rochester, NH manufacturing facility.

This 250-year-old brand leader offers relocation assistance and generous bonus plus growth opportunities as you align master scheduling, inventory planning, and contractual commitments across Supply Chain. Responsibilities include driving MRP signals, partnering with Operations, and leading continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong MRP experience with compliant planning signals and policy adherence.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficient with Oracle EBS ASCP and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer expectations and commitments.
• Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and new product implementations for programs with no supervision.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics and train others on data access.
• Escalate issues and drive cross-functional solutions in Planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
