Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Planner to lead end-to-end Supply Chain planning for a 24/7 Rochester, NH manufacturing facility. The role partners with Operations to ensure on-time delivery, optimize MRP signals, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, strong Oracle EBS/ASCP experience, and a track record of leveraging data to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
10+ years in a global manufacturing environment with production experience.
Expertise in MRP and planning signals while complying with internal policies and customer requirements.
Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and ERP experience (Oracle EBS/ASCP).
Ability to train others and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines, aligning with customer expectations and contracts.
Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to ensure seamless production and inventory flow.
Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
Lead end-of-life inventory decisions and support new product implementations.
