Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Liaison Engineer (MRB) to drive disposition of structural non-conformances across procurement, manufacturing, testing, and launch phases. You will generate repairs, propose DFMs, and document structural analyses on the shop floor with cross-functional teams.

You will work with Manufacturing, Quality and Design teams to resolve issues, delivering robust engineering dispositions while supporting production operations in Kirkland, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of MRB/structural liaison experience in aerospace programs.
• MRB experience and ability to balance engineering judgment with analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition non-conformance events related to spacecraft structural integrity across procurement, manufacturing, and launch processes.
• Develop standard repairs, rework procedures, and DFM improvements.
• Document static, dynamic, and fatigue analyses to support dispositions.
• Develop analysis methods to address common structural non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design, Manufacturing and other engineering teams for root-cause failure analyses.
• Interact with internal/external customers and suppliers.
