Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Kirkland, WA seeks a Liaison Engineer (MRB) to review and disposition structural non-conformances across manufacturing, assembly, testing, and flight operations.

You will develop repairs, DFMs, and improved processes, documenting analyses as needed, and collaborate with Quality, Design, Manufacturing, and other engineering teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Structural MRB/Liaison role in aerospace.
• Experience with non-conformances in spacecraft/launch vehicle structures.
• MRB experience balancing engineering judgment and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition non-conformance events related to spacecraft structural integrity.
• Develop standard repairs, DFMs, and improved processes.
• Document static, dynamic, and fatigue analyses to support dispositions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design, Manufacturing, and other fields to perform root cause analysis.
• Interact with internal/external customers and suppliers.
