Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, seeks an experienced MRB Engineer for composite manufacturing and production support in Redmond, WA. You will lead MRB activities, drive disposition decisions, and support RCCA investigations to improve quality and producibility.

This role engages closely with shop floor teams to resolve non-conformances efficiently. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in aerospace MRB, strong problem-solving, and hands-on experience with composites and related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRB, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on shop floor experience with composites, honeycomb, bonded assemblies, machined parts, or advanced materials.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and disposition non-conformances through MRB process.
• Prepare, document, and release MRB tags and engineering dispositions per requirements.
• Provide engineering support to production for composite, honeycomb, bonded, machined, and assembled products.
• Perform evaluations of discrepant hardware and determine repair, rework, or scrap.
• Investigate recurring quality issues to identify root causes and gaps.
• Lead RCCA activities using 5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto, and related methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Eng, Design Eng, Production, and Supplier Quality on corrective actions.
• Analyze production data and quality trends to recommend improvements.
