Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort seeks a seasoned Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily hospitality operations across multiple venues. Reporting to the F&B Director, you’ll drive profitability, develop managers, and elevate guest experiences with strong financial discipline.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of high-volume F&B management, a track record of team development, and expertise in budgeting, cost controls, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in high-volume venues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead managers and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, labor, and cost controls.
• Deep knowledge of F&B operations, guest service, food safety, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory systems, and MS Office applications.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• MAS-CLASS 12/13 permit and WA Food Worker Card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B venues with consistent standards.
• Drive financial performance, oversee budgets, and monitor KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop venue managers and staff.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction across venues.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and support departments on procurement.
• Plan and execute catering events within scope.
