Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is hiring a Food & Beverage Purchasing and Receiving Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of F&B products across all resort operations. You will manage par levels, vendor relationships, and receiving procedures, while leading a small team and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B procurement, inventory management, and logistics within the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize costs and service levels.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and vendor management for par-level purchasing.
• Manage inventory, receiving, and distribution of F&B goods across resort departments.
• Lead staff, monitor compliance with food safety programs, and prepare regular purchasing reports.
