Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a seasoned Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and advance a diverse, high-volume F&B program. Reporting to the F&B Director, you will drive financial performance, develop management teams, and ensure excellence across dining venues.

The ideal candidate brings proactive hospitality leadership, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to operations, staff development, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in high-volume resort or hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, labor, cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage venues, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
• Conduct daily venue walkthroughs to evaluate operational standards, employee presentation, equipment functionality, and overall readiness.
• Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Manage operational financial performance, including revenue, labor, cost of goods, inventory, purchasing, and controllable expenses.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and KPIs.
