Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B procurement, inventory management, and logistics within hospitality or F&B.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with vendors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, par level purchasing, and vendor management with F&B leadership.
• Maintain inventory systems, forecast demand, and manage receiving and distribution of goods.
• Lead staff scheduling, trainings, and reporting on purchasing activities.
