Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across multiple venues and advance our diverse program. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and play a key role in implementing the operating plan, managing financial performance, and developing leadership across the team.

The ideal candidate combines strong hospitality leadership with solid business acumen, hands-on operations, and a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage venues, ensuring consistency in food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and guest experience.
• Conduct daily venue walkthroughs to evaluate standards, equipment and readiness.
• Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions and ensure follow-through.
• Manage operational financial performance including revenue, labor, cost of goods, inventory, purchasing and controllable expenses.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, financial reports and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, supervisors and frontline employees.
