Job summary

A regional ski resort located in Milton, MA, is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations and drive growth. Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the ski or mountain resort industry.
• At least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations including snowmaking, lifting, and maintenance.
• Lead staffing, performance management, and retention strategies.
