Ski Cooper is seeking a President & General Manager to lead the ski area, overseeing operations, strategy, and community relations. You will direct budgeting, capital projects, and a high‑performing team, while advancing the Master Development Plan and engaging with interagency partners.

Your first year focuses on building rapport with the Board, guests, and local agencies, while achieving financial and safety excellence on the mountain.

Formación

• Experience in ski resort leadership at GM level.
• Proven fiscal responsibility with P&L and revenue growth.
• Ability to navigate multi-agency relationships with public sector stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly desired.
