Job summary

Qualifications

• Five plus year’s previous experience in an operational department and Supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership experience in the ski industry or hospitality field a plus.
• Ability to handle public speaking and negotiating tasks.
• Knowledge and participation in winter and summer sports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage operations budgets and capital improvement projects.
• Lead department managers and supervise staff.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with senior staff to ensure smooth operations.
