Crystal Creek Hospitality seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our upscale dining restaurant. You will manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability while maintaining top-tier standards.

The role requires seasoned leadership, a strong grasp of menus, wine, and service etiquette, and the ability to mentor a large team in a fast-paced environment. Salary commensurate with experience and market norms.

Competenze

• 5+ years in food and beverage management in upscale dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and dining service etiquette.
• Experience managing large teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent financial acumen with a focus on cost control, budgeting, and profitability.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Oversee daily restaurant F&B operations and achieve guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
